I've gotten some of it, but I highly doubt it's right, and on some parts of it I'm just completely clueless. So can anyone please try to help me translate this?
My presentation is on profiteroles. A profiterole is like a cream puff and is used as a dessert. They are usually filled with ice cream, whipped cream or any pastry cream filling. They can be served plain, with chocolate sauce, or with a caramel glaze. Some people also like to cover them with powdered sugar, frosting, or fruit. The dough used for this dessert was invented by a chef named Panterelli in 1540. They originated in France in the sixteenth century. It was thought that they were originally created for a woman named Catherine de Medicis. They are sometimes assembled into a presentation that looks like a pyramid and used at weddings.

Ils sont généralement fourrés avec de la glace, de la crème fouettée ou n'importe qu'elle autre crème pâtissière. Ils peuvent être servis nature, avec une sauce au chocolat, ou avec un nappage au caramel. Certaines personnes les aiment aussi recouverts de sucre en poudre, d'un glaçage ou encore de fruits. La pâte utilisée pour ce déssert à été inventée par un chef du nom de Panterelli en 1540. Ils ont vu le jour en France au seizième siècle. Il est dit qu'ils ont été créé, à l'origine, pour Catherine de Medicis. Ils sont quelques fois assemblés pour former une pyramide et sont souvent servis lors de mariages.

if it's the name of a bakery, "Pâtisserie Spéciale de Sabine" would sound better.
